Payroll For Contract Emplyoees

Dear SDN members,

A unique requirment with my client ,for special category for contract emplyoees whose salary will be processed only one time depending upon the contract , the contract of the emplyoee may be for 45 day or 1 month or 3 months etc.

Consider if is contarct is 3 months ,only at end of the 3 month is payroll will run .Is it possible to handle in sap .

Dear Sikandar,

I have not explained my requirment very clearly , See the payroll should run only once for that emplyoee whenever is contract ends ,so not for all emplyoees the start date and enddate will not be same .So if i assign all the contract emp to payroll area.

If i run payroll area , i cant run for all persons only for selected emplyoees ,for that period.It is very confusing requirment.

use lock option in PU03 for the rest and run only for that employee whom u want to run

create a seaparate pay rol area for that EG and run the pay roll when ever u want
