how to add iview in default framework page

hi,i am new to portal.Can anyone tell me how to add an iView in Default framework page.i want to make that ivew as an pop up once the user login the portal..

Go to Content Administration->portal Content->portal users->standard portal users-> open default frame work page, next right click on your ivew and choose the option Add iview to page->delta link.

Hanif,

As suggested above, this iview would be available for all users, if you are making chnages here.

NOTE : Right click on the iview and click open the properties and scroll down to sort priority and assign a number less than 100, if you want this iview to be the first one to open up, assign 1 and save changes and you are good to go.

Follow the steps suggested above but make sure you have set the sort priority.

Hi,

Go to

content Administration->portal content->portal Users--->

standard Portal Users--->Default Framework Page.

Right click on that open ---> object.

Now you can navigate to any iview in ur PCD right click on it

you will get an optio Add iview to page.

This is how you add iview to the default framework.

But you do in this it will effect all the users.

If you want some users only to view this change copy the default framework page to your own folder and do the changes.

and you can assign this to users.

If you want all the users to effect the changes.

Follow the above process.

Hi small change in the path to default fram work page, if the above procedure doesnt work,

go to content administration->portalcontent->

in detail navigation expand portal content->content provided by sap->End user content->standard portal users->Default frame work page,.. double click on Default frame work page, then add iview to this page.
