mr21 tr.code is not updating

Dear Expects,

In the tr.code mr21 (variable) material If I change in mr21 old price with new price that new price is not updating in material master mm02 of that material

what is that problm could any one give me that solution .. please.

MR21 updates standard price only. Variable price gets updated as per stock increase.

Dear All,

in mr21 I could not change price i am getting the message A current or future standard price exists for

material 26D3010B1 if i click and proceed i am getting new price default xxx and it is grayed out.

pls provide me solution to overcome that issue.

if your prices are maintained by cost estimates, why dont you create a new cost estimate then?

or delete the current cost estimate with CKR1

Logistics > Materials Management > Valuation > Material Price Change >...

there are several options in this menu, not only MR21.

Thank you for your valuable inputs but my doubt is in production how we have to delete that cost estimate.

if any probm is there after delection of cost estimate.

if so why we have to create cost estimate could any one pls tell me ..

My doubt is in production server tr.code mr21 new price is grayed out and if u check same material in development it is not grayed out why i am taking about new price

some value in production xxx in new price ie., we cant change it in production but in developmet same material we can change it ..

pls advice it ..

if u select other plant it is getting updated.

Hi,

In MR21, there are 2 columns as New price and New statistical price.

Enter the Price in New price column by removing the price which is getting defaulted from material master. And then Save it.
