System Status CRTD is Active

Hi Gurus,

I have created an Enterprise structure.i have created a Project,Network with Activity Type.I created a PR wrt the Network.when i tried to create a PO wrt that PR,system is throwing an error "SYSTEM STATUS CRTD IS ACTIVE (NWA XXXXXX 0010).Please advice how to correct this error or what config i have to do to overcome this error.

Hi,

Goto CJ20N, open your project. Goto Edit_>Status_>Release and save

Hi,

You need not to do any configuration. THis is standard scenario in SAP. Before you take any subsequent action for project, you need to release the project & the budget allocated to the same.

If you do this, system will allow you to create PO.
