Reports based on Cost Centre Hierarchy

Good Day PS experts

My client has asked me for a report based on Cost centre Hierarchy. At any point in hierarchy they want to see how many projects belong to the cost centre(X) at this particular point in hierarchy and also all

projects assigned to cost centre below (cctr X).

Please help me

T Code OPUR, in standard system the profile 000000000003- Cost Centre Hierarchy, maintain the hierarchy required.

While executing the report choose data base profile as 000000000003 (again in standard), the report output would be as per the cost centre hierarchy (Link is the responsible cost centre on the WBS master data)

Dear Sreenivas

Thanks for ur help. But with will i be able to get the following report.

let say 1000 is group of ten CCTR, so when we will run a report it will pick only projects belong to 1000 or any of the ten cctr.

And will we have to mention this in responsible field of master data.
