HR Email Pay Slips to Employees

Hi Guru's,

I am attempting to email employee payslips using a smartform which will be converted into a PDF format

(I have never coded in HR).

Could you please advise how I send the smartform HR_ESS_PAYSLIP_TO_PDF to spool for each employee so that I can then use the program RSTXPDFT4 to issue emails?

Is there any configuration in HR (eg. output types..etc) that I need to do and any changes to the printer set up?
