SMQ1 problem

Dear Friends,

We are facing problem while clearing the queue on production server. After entering in to the SMQ1 xction, If we click on Bell icon (change view option), it gives Runtime Error : TIME_OUT. Previously it used to open. There is no problem with SMQ2 xction.

Could you please help in this.
