calling FB11 from program - not able to pass input values

Hi Friends,

I am trying to call transaction FB11 from a program.

FB11 - Post Held document, which has Temp doc number and User as inputs.

But call transaction is not possible as Temp Doc number is not a parameter.

what is the way out? Appreciate if someone can help me out.
