How to determine the agent of workflow administrator

In the workflow, when there is any exception raised, we need to send notification to workflow administrator. My question, how to determine the agent of workflow administrator.

The workflow administrator will be an user and he will be having a userid just give that as the agent in you exception cases.

Hi, Balaji Kalaivani. Do you mean, we can only directly assign userid as workflow administrator. Does sap have the role "workflow administrator" which we can assign userid to? and then, we assign role as responsible person who can recieve the notification.

No it is not like that, i mean that administrator for workflow will a single person so you can simply give his userid as the agent.
