Open Enrollement Restrict Insurance type plans

I have to set up the following scenario for the Open Enrollement.

I have to setup insurance plans VOLE for Employee, VOLC for Employee children and VOLS for Employee spouse in the OE.

I have included the plan types for these plan in the OE Adjustment reason.

The issue is, the VOLS & VOLC should appear for only employees with Spouse & Children. But I do see all these plans for all the employees whether married or not.

How do I restrict the plans (spouse & children) for employees who doesn't have spouse & children?

Also I had to create seperate Plan Types for each of these Insurance Plans. If I had all these plans under one plan type, I see only one plan.

Is this SAP restriction or have I done something wrong?

I would appreciate any help.
