I need to re-install Crystal Enterprise 10 Pro and the activation code I have does not have any concurrent user license. How do I get an accurate code?
I tried using this URL http://www.businessobjects.com/forms/email/license and it is no longer valid.

Since you have Crystal Enterprise, you will have an account manager assigned to you. Best will be to contact them.

I would suggest calling the Customer Service department; you can get the info from the following link:

Call either the Canadian or USA number. If they can't help you directly, they should be able to tell you who you need to contact to resolve your issue.
There is also a form you can fill out to request help.
Ensure you have all of your purchase information ready for them, ie: purchase order number, where you purchased the product, etc.

You would receive an Keycode on the email address that you will specify in this Form.
