Batch - Production Date

Experts,

I need your help in order to solve one problem. The system is not filling the field MCH1-HSDAT (Production Date) ie. TR. CO15. Do i have to do something in SPRO or maybe use a user-exit?

does it ask for manufacturing date while cofirmation.

u r not able to see in the confirmation screen

Hi

when i confirm the production the system automatic creates the batch and fills the field " date of last good's receipt". What i need is that the system fills the field production date (with the same date).

Can u help me ?

Hello

Please check below points,

1.The self life expiration date check is active for the Plant

2.The self life expiration date check is active for the Movement type ie 101.

3. Total shelf life & minimun shelf life period at material Master record.

With above settings will ask for the prodiction date while doing GR.

i think u have not activated shelf life exp date.

since after this only, i think it will ask for manufacturing date.

i am not sure why system behaves in this way.
