Customizing of Personal Information Screens is missing in our IMG ?????

SAP Documentation says:

Employee Self-Service ® General Settings ® Customize Detail and Review Screens



Customizing of Detail and Review screens is only available for US and Germany scenarios.

My guess is that you have not yet activated that function from EhP3. You need to "turn on the switch" for it. That is how EhPs really differ a lot from good ol' support packs/stacks. Check that first.

We are using latest version of ECC 6 Ehp 3

And latest version of NW 7.0 portal...

What version? And not really sure what you are asking there......
