Hi everybody

I have a problem, in transaction SXMB_ADM I use Schedule Delete Jobs but this delete all history when is running.

I need five days of history, not delete all when job is running.

For instance:

Start Date: 15.09.2008

This Job deletes these and all previous, but I want five days of history. Therefore, deletes from 11.09.2008 and all previous placing the Start Date: 15.09.2008.

how about this?

in sxmb_adm delete job for history entires...

say give the date as 11.9.08 and by givng period in Days as 4 or 5 depending on ur requiremnt.

will it solve ur problem or not?

In the Schedule delete jobs for XML messages, in the option "period in days", if I put 5 days and "Start date" 19.09.2008. These options erase from 14.09.2008 and previous? or be programmed to run every 5 days?

ANS -

If start date is 19.09.08 and 5 days , it will be programmed to run every 5 days. and it will delete messages from selected job from 14.09.09. Next job will run on 24.09.08.

Hi Paul !!

To schedule delete jobs, proceed as follows:

1. In the Integration Engine ® Administration menu, choose Schedule Delete Jobs.

2. Select the job(s) to be scheduled.

3. Specify the start time and date.

4. Specify the period you want to use and choose Schedule.

For an overview of all jobs, choose Jobs.
