Lost Administrator password

We have a Crystal Enterprise 10 server, however my predecessor is gone and I cant find the Administrator password anywhere. How do I go about resetting the password? When I try to login with Windows AD crednetials I get "All of your system's 0 Concurrent Access Licenses are in use at this time or your license key has expired." I would blow this server away and start fresh but I cant find the CDs/ installs anywhere either.... Any help resetting the Administrator password or accessing a hidden account somewhere? Guest account is disabled.
