Jive forum email problem

Hello and BIG Help needed

We have installed the jive forum on our TST server and everything worked fine, once we got to the PRD server the forum system wont sent "watch emails", I do get an email under the test section but if I post a new thread and someone will post a replay I do not get a watch mail that should be sent, now I went through the configuration couple of times but it looks like everything is enable and set, does any one can help here?

Forums, Forum Admin Console, Settings, Watch settings

check that the email notification is enabled.

Hi Oren,

Have you set up the outgoing SMTP settings correctly?
