Remove java connection parameters in SMD setup wizard

Hi All,

We had Dual stack systems with ABAP and JAVA on ECC, BW landsscape. We also configured SMD (solution manager diagnostics) setup on our SOLMAN 4.0 server. Few months back, we removed all JAVA stack from the Dual stack and we have only ABAP on ECC, BW landscape.

Since we removed the JAVA stack, we decided to update SMD using SMD setup. While running setup wizard for ECC and BW landscape, JAVA connection parameters still appears and setup wizard is trying to connect to JAVA message server and it is failing. I am not able to pass through this stage.

I have also deleted JAVA instance from Solution manager SMSY.

Any idea , how to remove JAVA connection parameters in SMD setup wizard ?

Hi,

Login in to solman smd,

Diagnostics Administration - Landscape Management - Select u'r solution- drill down to the instance & delete(right click).

That should do.
