Hello all,
After a reboot my users couldnt log into infoview. CMS was down and after looking in services it seems that mysql 4.1.13a is not starting. I've tried to restart manually. There doesn't seem to be a backup in place (I didn't orgionally install this) so how would I go about getting all this fixed?
I see the mysql data files and db boe115 seems to be there. Do I just reinstall mysql (which version? same as is there now?) and will I then have to reinstall everything?
Thanks.
Bill

If you are referring to the preinstalled mysql I'd suggest opening a message with support. I don't know any proper resinstall steps nor if backups of the CMS DB were made.

Tim
