Jobs for archiving/deleting messages in XI

Hi all,

I would like to know if there are some jobs which can archive or delete messages in XI.

Also, does anybody know if the standard jobs for R/3 are mandatory or needed (or even available)in the XI systems??

Hi Esther,

yes, there are

just go to TCODE - <b>SXMB_ADM</b>

and from there you can find transactions which will help

you to define archiving and deletion jobs :

<b>- Schedule archiving jobs

- Schedule delete jobs</b>
