Plan cost/Plan revenue

Dear PS Gurus

Pl tell me how to distribute my planned cost and planned revenue equally over planning period.I should able to see in reporting system its equal distribution period wise.

At present I am only able to see total planned cost in a period in which I have planned.

Use Distribution Key 1 for equal distribution across the year. But you have to use annaul planning.

enter overall plan values for WBS

select WBS

click on Primary cost and then annual l overview button use distribution key 2

you can same for activity input for seconday cost planning

Hi,

Use Annual Planning, instead of Overall Planning.(CJR2/CJ42). and use appropriate standard distribution key.
