Information Required on CRM Technical

Dear Experts,

I am a functional consultant having little knowledge of CRM ABAP.

I am much interested to learn ABAP to handle CRM Technical Issues. But I dont know, that what concepts and things I have to learn.

In addition, for the new CRM Web interface supports object oriented coding. It confusing me to take a firm decission on my training.

could you please guide that, on what key concepts I have to be trained to get expertise from CRM Technical end.

also help me to understnad that what is OO Coding (as I guess it is object oriented coding) and how to get expertise in it?

You need to learn how to enhance the web component and also BOL programming for working on CRM Web.

The functionality is similar to BSP programming in some sense.You also need to have good idea on classes,objects, methods and events.
