PP Order Split

hai pradeep,

It is possible to spilt the Order

Steps to split order :

1. In OPL8 Set the indicator cost collector

2. Default Rule -Periodic settlement(PP2)

3. CK11N do standard cost estimate

4. KKF6N Create cost collector

5. Create production order with op10,20,30,40

6. Go to op overview

7. Select the op from which you want to split (exop20)

8. Go to functions -

---

> Split order

9. Enter the qty ,if necessary a different order type for the child order

10.Execute

but i have the problem. when im trying to click SPLIT ORDER in function in production order . its in display mode.

what i have to do so??

note: i had done first two settings in opl8

Please note that Order split is only allowed for Production orders(PP module). If you are using PRocess orders ( PP-PI) order split is not possible. In ECC 6.0 you can plug in High tech solution & only then

Process orders can be split.

So incase You refer to process orders you have to use High tech inductry solution to get this functionality.

Hello Prakash

Goto Operation overview ->Select the operation from which you want to split the order->Function-> Split Order.

If not possible, Please check with order & operation status.

Please try and combeck

my production order or operation is still not released.

even i cant click SPLIT ORDER . its in display mode

any thing i have to maintain in Maintain master data(WC,ROUTING..) ????

Hello

Certain prerequisites must be met before you can perform an order split.

System Status

An order split is allowed with the following system status:

Header status: Partially released, released, partially confirmed

Operation status of the split operation and all successors: Created, released, partially confirmed

The order split is not allowed with the following status:

Header status: Created, delivered, finally confirmed, locked, technically complete, closed, deletion indicator set

Operation status of the split operation and all successors: Finally confirmed, dispatched, partially dispatched, capacity split, capacity requirement assigned, capacity requirement partially allocated

Operation status of the split operation: Deleted

Open Confirmations

Release the operation or Order and do the order spilt
