Managers are unable to view staff on team calendar

Example:

An employee transferred to a new Department and new manager on 14/4/2008. This was actioned on SAP on 16/4/2008 but her new manager could not access her on the Team calendar until May.

Is there a setting that needs to be made so that the new Manager can see the new employee instantly.

This may or may not be relevant to your scenario depending on your HR security setup, but have a look at the value of AUTSW ADAYS in table T77S0.

Usually in SAP reporting, If an employee is active in a organisation for a single day in a month will be still shown in the Old Org unit, Cause he was available there during the monthly reporting!

So the transfer should reflect the very next month cause

you ll see the employee in a single month in two org units
