In CN47N transaction, I want to included Person Responsible Field For all activity . How To modify ?. Any enhancement is avaiable.

Hi Rani/Priya,

You can solve this problem thru' user field as per given below instruction.

Go to spro then open the operative N/W then create a user field profile & put the name accordingly.

Furture i would like to say that you have to enter user field profile in every activiy in which you want to create person resp.

you should not use user field for this as person responsible is already stored in standard SAP tables - by replicating user defined fields there is redundancy of data and that is not a good practice - write a report using query that will be a better overall solution.

you can meke use of one of the user fields to serve this purpose. (4 general fields are available)
