Deployment Aborted error for WebDynpro App?

Dear Experts,

Please check the following below error message while im trying to deploy my WedDynpro application...

Settings

SDM host : 145.17.50.182

SDM port : 50018

Deployment exception : Server 145.17.50.182 did not accept login request as admin on port 50018. Details: ERROR: Could not establish connection to server 145.17.50.182 at port 50018: Connection refused: connect

im not able to telnet to the SDM server on port 50018.

is this is the prob?

when i tried telnet 145.17.50.182 50018.

but its is saying could not establish a connection...

Check if multiple network connections are enabled on your computer.

For ex, a LAN and WLAN are enabled.

If so, enable only one of them and try to deploy again.

Ya ive disabled WLAN connection and now i tried with only LAN connection....ive disabled all the others...but still getting the same error....
