one day salary cut

Hi All,

Business has decided to cut one day salary, and we configred the IMG node accordingly, but there are some employees for whom there will not be any deduction.

How can we handle this in SAP???

Is Additional payment is the solution or there is any other way out...??? please help...

Hi Srinivas,

Deduction is happening for all, but for certain employees, bussiness don't want to deduct the one day salary.

Please guide me on this.

If employes whom you dont want to deduction are in same allowance group then dont mention their allowance group in the IMG. if this is not case then use infotype 15 for the employees whom you want deduction and write pcr for that wagetype.

There are very few employees for whom, business does not want to deduct the salary, Employees are from diff. allowance grounping.

please let me know if the following logic is wrong

1. IMG config for one day salary deduct

2. Employees for whom, salary not to be deducted, business will pay the deducted amount through infotye 15 additional payments in the same months, so that total salary remains the same.
