T. code S_ALR_87013558: saving the report

I'd like to know if it's possible to save or export the report generated by the t.code S_ALR_87013558

in a excel file.

Just one addition to Virendar's reply, select 'Classic drilldown report' radio button before executing.

thanks for the correction Shrikant - you are absolutely right.

If you select graphical output you cannot export to spreadsheet but can do html export from the menu path

First of all, thank you for help.

I've expanded the subthree by right-click, but i can't save the list. I've followed the navigation:

System > List > Save. Unfortunately i cant' select nex entry ...

Hi,

Please follow my earlier post, on selection screen at bottom there is section "Output type" select 'Classic drill down' radio button over there. M sure you must have selected the other 'Graphical report o/p'

It may be possible that in config the classic is not activated

use transaction CJE2, and go to out put types to activate it for the report - tick available on screen box

I can't see that navigation in my release of SAP (9.2.0.4.0)...

Could it depend of this?

Hi ,

If u want to a report of Budget/ actual and its variance which needed to be exported in excel u can use CNS41. which can solve the purpose.

As I checked this report cant be exported to excel.If u select objects system wonf allow u to export.
