Hi,
I have a small query.
Are crystal reports,a replacement of Bex?
In BOs for reporting cryustal reports are there thn who will take care of data modellin part.
How reports will get data?Is it the same BI 7.0 technology for Modelling or BO have sumthing else?

BusinessObjects is offering different tools for a different type of workflow and purpose. I would suggest you look at the roadmap on SDN which also explains the different tools.

Crystal Reports can connect to a BW query, so you would still need Bex Query Designer.
Also Bex offers more OLAP-functionality than CR (drill down, through, ...).
The rest of your question is not clear for me.
