Shopping Cart for Services

Dear Experts,

We are trying to create shopping cart for Services. For services we need to add multiple service line items for the main line item. When we are creating Shopping carts in Shop functionality, only one service line item is being created.

We tried to make use of request functionality in SRM, but in this Vendor is being asked mandatory, where as Vendor field is in display mode. We are unable to key in any field values.

Please guide us in creation of Shopping Carts with Multiple Service Line items.

Hi,

You can create service line items with service as aproduct.

Please maintain the service as a product in your system and select the two different service products..and add to the shopping cart...now system will create a service requistion or order.

In request functionality you can assign the vendors only vendors which are maintained at vendor list.

Hi,

Please login with operational purchaser role and then left hand side you can view process vendor list tab.

This is similar to source list functionality in ECC.
