Dear SAP Experts,

In the MR11 Report GR/IR Balance there are some doubts.

In the Purchase order : 5 items are there.

2 Items GRN is done. But LIV is Not Done.

3.Now Remaning 3 items GRN not done.

Cleint doenot want to process the PO any further(Means NO further GRN and LIV)

So we assign the delivery Completion indicator in the all the Items.

Now PO is closed

But Clients wants the MR11 GR/IR Clearing G/L Accounts to be Zero.

Will the 3 GRN done in the said PO will affect the MR11 Report or it will not be taken into consideration after delivery completion indicator maked in the PO

Please help.

If you have Not Done GR for the Remaining three line Items and Set the Delivery Completed Indicator for the Same. Then these Items will not be takesn into Consideration during MR11.

as u have given del completed indicator , also u can lock them by clicking lock icon below items in po

system will not take the 3 items in concidaration after block

and del comp indicator
