Material list without QM data?

Dear SAPIENTS,

I would like you all to please help me to find out the list of material not having QM data. Same time I also want those material should not come deletion flag is et for those materials.

Hi,

After execting with "Q" Maintenance status

Clickon System in Menu

Click List--->Save--> Local File

select Spread sheet & give the address

you can get entire results in excel format

You can find out the list of material in which not updated the QM data with help of MM50.

Enter MM50, Select Maintenance status as Q and click on execute button.

Thanks I got the list of material for which QM data not mainatained. But How can I take it in excel now? How can I know whether deletion flag is et for them or not?

Dear,

Enter IH09 - Display Material Master.

Then enter X in field of Flag Material for Deletion at Client Level.

Then click on execute button.

with help of this report you can get the list of material in which deletion flag is active.

For export data in excel:

After click on execute system give u list for material.

Then click on SYSTEM >> LIST >> SAVE >> Local File.

Hi,

No, It will give you the materials which do not have an inspection plan, but have been QM activated in the MMR.

If you require the materials which are with deletion flag, then do not activate the tick

Hi,

Check QP06 and tick the material with out deletion flag

It will give you a list of materials where the QM is made active in MMR, but the inspection plan is yet to be created

I want list of material for which QM data not mainatined and not set for deletion.
