BP Master:

  • how to define more than one 'contact persons' using DTW. If its only one contact, then is it possible to

define it in the 'business parter' template?

you could use the contact employess template available in this folder:

C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\oBusinessPartners

yes, it is possible to define directly in the BP template.

define it in the 'business parter' template?

  • how to define more than one 'ship to' and 'bill to' using DTW. If its onl one shiptp and billto, then is it

possible to define in the 'business partner' template?

you could use the BPAddress template available in this folder:

C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\oBusinessPartners

It is possible to define it if it is only one. it will be directly set to be default.

Use 'ContactEmployees.xlt' and 'BPAddresses.xlt' from the folder 'C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\oBusinessPartners' to import Multiple Addresses and Contact Persons
