Can you please suggest me how to update a partner function in a transaction type published on ICSS B2B webshop

In our requirement

Once the complaint is seen on Web, the concerned dealer has to assign a Service Technician for their business activity. For the same we need to add a partner function (Service Technician) in Web

Hi Venugopal,

I just want to understand your question a bit more clearly. Do you want to re-determine the partners in the Web (Java) interface of ICSS B2B before it is replicated to the backend (Basis layer) CRM server?

If so, then to my opinion, this is not possible in the standard. Please correct me if I have not understood your question.
