Raw Material Purchase requisition not shown by MRP

hi all

i have maintain all the required things for raw material.

in MD02 i have maintain value :

but when i see the MD04 i found only dep. requirement for raw materials, no purchase requisition.

can anybody focus on this?

i am confused.

Pl. check procurement type in MRP 3.It should be F.

Hi,

Check your MRP type and External Procurement in MRP2 view?

Please check whether you have maintained the purchasing view for that raw material or not?

Please check if already there is stock of the raw material maintained in the system

Hi,

Do below checks,

- Check in MRP4 data of that Header materials.Planing for Dependent requirement should be planned or active

- MRP type of components it should be PD

- Check Plan order of that Header Material which is created during MRP - BOM is exploded or not. / Production version is selected or not.

Hi,

check the MRP type for raw material in MRP1 view. It might be VB. So system will not create P.R.
