Hi Gurus,
Wondering whether we can create a complaint transaction from ERMS mails. If yes, which Services/Actions need to be changed in Service Manager (or some other customizing object)?

I'm not sure if Complaints can be created in ERMS, I know for sure Service Tickets can.
Have you reviewed the two "ERMS How To" documents by John Burton.
