NW04s Portal sneak preview

I am looking for sneak preview of NW04s with portal with Java or ABAP or both with windows version.

Hi experts,

i am also looking for an actually SAP Portal 7.0 (2004s) sneak version which runs on Windows client.

Anybody a guess where to find it (again) ?

Or even better does anybody know where to find the Netweaver CE Portal 7.1 to download ? (if it was allready released)
