pay scale type

Hi

I am doing a testing.

in IT 8 basic pay,

in the field payscale type .a wrong value is coming by default,,

rather than the payscale type thr coming the payroll area.

thr the value should come of the payscale type.

whr i need to change this payroll area to pay scale type???

Hi,

First check with the creation of payscale type under payroll data and payroll area under payroll(basic settings). Still not working, the problem could be somewhere in assigning payscale structure to enterprise structure.

Path:PM>PA>Payroll data>Basic pay>Check ass.of payscale stu to enterprise stu.

Or you should have missed out assignment of ESG for CAP and PCR.

you can check the tarif feature and see the return value whether you have given the payroll area or the pay scale type

this table shows pay scale area ..

and in the node "check pay scale type "i have mentioned the pay scale area

still the value of payroll area is coming in the field pay scale type....

i dont know whr to make it correct??/

Hi,

Check the TARIF Feature. Which, defaults the values of payscale type and payscale area in IT0008. The value (s) should be Payscale Type / Paysacale Area.

Define Personnel Subarea Grouping for

payscale area / Payscale type in table V_001P_C. This will default payscale area / Payscale type in IT0008 according to employee's grouping.

This can be overridden by maintaining the feature TARIF
