Inventory date wise

Hi all,

We are devloping one report that will show the inventory of material present on the date specifies by the user.

When we run the report system should output the total inventory say 100, and what is the qty present in 0-6 month(say 40 qty reciept ), 6-12 month (say 50), and 12-24 month (remaining 10 qty).

Bifurcation as per the period mentioned.

User will run the report for any date after go live.

(its been 5 years we are gone live)

What logic i can use here?

If movement type is to be considered what are the movement types for GR

and What movement type i should consider for GI AND REJECTION AND REVERSAL .

PL SUGGEST THE LOGIC FOR THE SAME.

Hi,

There are some standard reports like MB5B, MC.1 etc, which will give you date wise inventory figures.

If that does not suit your requirement, you can proceed with the customization..

The movement type to be considered for Goods Receipt are

101,(102), 501,(502) 561, 701

Issues - 201,(202) 161, 122, 261,(262), 702

based on your business transactions, there could be other movement types too apart from the above, which you need to cross check.
