PM Module Implementation

Hi all,

I am new to PM module.

Basically ours is Aviation Industry.

PM will be getting implemented soon.

Being a core team member,what should i do to go along with PM consultant?

hi,,

As core team member you should have clear picture about your business processess like,

Preventive maint, BD maintenance, External material and services procurement, safety aspects for doing above activities,

You should also know how the PR's are converted to PO's may not be in depth at least min idea which will make ur life easy.

There will be lots of jargans, which you should understand in IDES initial training.

suggest read SAP help on PM for your respective version of SAP - this will give you a good idea of what is available in SAP

I would also suggest course PLM300 to get Business Process Overview
