Hi there,
We are busy implementing at a site that is making heavy use of the service module within B1. After having a look through the DTW templates, it doesn't seem possible to import Activities into SAP using DTW. There are import templates for ActivityLocations, ActivityStatus and ActivityTypes, but nothing for Activity.
After having a look at OCLG (Activity table), it seems very possible to create a databse script to create activities, so why is there no DTW template?
Could someone please explain and possibly provide a solution?
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Simon Carolin
1. First you have to import activities through 'oContact' templates from the following folder:
C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\oContacts
2. Now you can use the 'ServiceCalls' and 'ServiceCallActivities' available in the folder:
C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\oServiceCalls
Hope you could proceed further.

Dear Simon ,
In order to import the activity, please use the : "oContacts" template available in DTW.
Also please refer to the DI API help file to get the details information about the "Contacts Object"
