Integration of SAP Travel Management FI-TV and SAP Funds Management

Hi SAP Community,

I get the error message 'Entry not in Table T706U" when creating trip data in FI-TV. This occurs when Funds Management is active. Am in version ECC6.

Hi,

This table has nothing to do with FM integration. It serves for storage of accomodation rates for every country. Apparently, you have a missing entry for the country in question. Please, maintain the entries in V_T706U in SM30 or via IMG.

Hi Eli,

This table has been fully updated with all the entries for the subject country. I have recently configured funds management and what happens is that when i activate it, capture of trip data in FI-TV becomes impossible as a result of the error.

When I deactivate funds management, the error vanishes and FI-TV transactions can be done.

Hi,

I understand... The error could be indirect result of FM activation, but nevertheless it's not caused by missing integration configuration. FM is not integrated directly with TV, but through the financial documents TV creates. Do you derive the FM entities via FMDERIVE? What is the code of error message?

Yes am using FMDERIVE. The error has a number 56016.

Try activating a trace on FMDERIVE in order to see, whether the error is issued before FM objects are derived or after. Also, it will show you if all the necessary FM entities are filled.

I did a refresh of table T706U and the error disappeared. I deleted all the entries that had been made earlier and keyed them in afresh. So I guess I should have gone by your first suggestion.
