Billing Plan entries in FPLT table

Hello,

There is no billing plan for a material in a contract in VA43 but there are entries of billing plan dates for that material in the FPLT table. Please note that this item category is not relevant for billing plan in VOV7.

Ideally there should not be any entries (dates) for this contract item in the FPLT table, but it exists. How/ Why?

PS: There is no change log showing that the item category is changed in the contract.

Any pointers please?

Hi there,

Has the configuration changed somewhere in between? Because the scenario you are describing is practically impossible unless there were changes to config somewhere between the time the contract was created and now.

A billing plan can only be entered actually the tab is only available if it has been configured for that.
