Prodution order to PO

Hi

From MRP run I got production order for a job work.

I have raised PO with account assignment category F and item category L, which is for subcontracting.

After I converting in to PO i didn't find material number I found descrption only.

Where do I get material number.

hi,

click on d matrl description...it will take to the Material master for that material..in it see the material number...

OR

Go to MM03, search for the material with the given description...then you can get the corresponding number

OR

SEE the table MAKT in SE16 tcode...here you'll definetly get...

hi

i hope you are taking about material with MMR..

if its the case, then you can see it in MAKT table...

Can also see the number by searching the material in MM03, by using Material by material description....

Hi ,

Display PO using Tcode- ME23N

Then Go to Item Details -> Material Data -> Components

Here u will find Material numbers of materials to be provided for Subcontracting.
