Release Statergy

Hi

When the PO amount of an approved PO is reduced, it is still passing through the release strategy for some of POu2019s and for some it is not so.The desired functionality is not to go through the release procedure while the amount is reduced.

What is standard functionality ?

i dont think it is achivebla becaz the release will get acivate if there is any price change

How come some POs are going for re-release ? Std func is: it should not go for release in case of a value reduction...!!!

i thing that u r not specifing the character like plant.

are u created plant as a character.

Hi vivek,

I think though u are reducing the values for the PO,It might happen that this PO might fall under some different criteria.

I think u should check that release strategy might be diff. for those PO having the release applied though value reduced.

Again check all the classification criteria.
