Hi,

Go to the InfoPackage --> Schduler (On the top tab) --> Time out time. Here you can set your time and the infopackage will wait till that time and not get TIMEDOUT.

Please try this.

Hello Vishal,

The time set there is 3 hrs.

The manual update is taking more than 19 hrs to load.

What should i do?

Hi,

Increase the 3 hrs to 6 hrs or so, and then try executing the IP.

Hello,

do an RSRV test for your DSO and correct the errors, if any.

re run your load,

Hi,

If you are not getting any error, then whats the problem. Or you are not getting any error related to Bad Data but getting some other error.

Please let me know whats happening.

Hi,

So, you are on BW 3.5. Well, then you cannot debug, but theres some problem with your data package 5. You have to check the data in that for its consistency.

Hi Vishal,

I checked the data but i cannot find any inconsistent records.

Plus i am thinking if there is a data problem i would have got an error related to it.But in this case i am not getting any error.

Is there any other check that i can perform to solve the problem.

Thanks

Hi,

Since the last data package is giving error, you can check the package for data consistency.

You can also Debug that package, ie. go to the DTP and in the Execution Tab, select the Processing type as Serially in the Dialog Process (for debugging).

Please try this.

Hello Vishal,

The datapackage no 5 has failed. So this is not the last one.

I am loading the data using infopackage. So cannot debug it.

Hi,

Well, how many records are there in the Source system?

It can be a RFC connection issue or a Memory problem, not sure though.

Hi,

The total no of records are 380614 and 50000 records per

datapackage.

There are 8 DP's and out of these 7 datapckeges are successfull.

Thanks,

srini

Hi,

Please try reloading and you can adjust the data package size for the load in DTP. Try minimizing the size and then loading.
