Hi all SG payroll experts out there,
Please advise on the below:
Payslip is sometimes showing CDAC and sometimes it is not.
An employee is supposed to contribute to CDAC for this payroll month but the
- Deduction column is BLANK.
- Total contribution column shows $0.50 (This amounts comes from CDAC processed by payroll driver).
My guess is still that the config for payslip is not correct because the payroll processed and populates RT table into /370 and showing the correct amount.
So, this means the payroll processing is correct and the displaying part is wrong.
Yet, this affects a small percentage of my users having left the organization just before the payroll is run for the same month.
My rule in payslip:
Payslip config have a rule that is tagged to deduction column but not the total contribution column.
03 RT BETRG NE ' 0
Any advise on this? Is there a way to debug into the payslip?
Please help.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Lanxi
