YTD figure in GL code

I have created a Gl code for posting income from SD module .For MIS purpose i have FLEX report where in i have assigned the GL code to get the income for the month as well as for the year depending upon the period choosen . While executing the monthly report the Figure showing for YTD & on line item display the gl details shows monthly .Can any body pls help out .

Hi

Are you doing line item display by double cliking FS10N ? You must be clicking the "Balance" column against each month. On clicking on Balance column the monthly entries will come. For seeing the YTD entries you need to double click on the "Cumulative Balance" cloumn.
