hi all,
Does anyone know about B1 Web Services and license?
How does the license calculated?
Meaning that each time user login to B1 Web Services need license same as SAP B1 2007?
Or any user can login as free?
Thank you.
Best Regards,
danny
Hi Danny,
I would refer you to the eCommerce & Web CRM landing page for further information on licensing:
https://service.sap.com/smb/sbo/webtools > Licensing/Software Download
The main license information is as follows:
There are two separate user licenses
1. For the E-Commerce functionality, users will need to purchase the SAP Business One E-Commerce license which includes 2 Web CRM users at no additional cost, used to manage the E-Commerce website.
If you wish to have more than the two Web CRM users that are bundled with an E-Commerce license, you will need to purchase additional SAP Business One Web CRM User licenses.
2. If you wish to only purchase the Web CRM functionality without E-Commerce, you can purchase Web CRM licenses per user (1-1000).
- Please keep in mind that you cannot sell either the E-Commerce or Web CRM functionality as a stand-alone product. You need to have at least 2 professional SAP Business One user licenses in order to purchase SAP Business One E-Commerce or SAP Business One Web CRM.
- There is also a demonstration license, which is free of charge.
- For your information, there is also a seperate forum for eCommerce & Web CRM questions
Kind Regards,
Lilian Lynch

Maybe try the B1 SDK forums?
I'm simply stating this forum is for Ecommerce and Web CRM, and has nothing to do with B1 licensing or Web services and the people who post here probably won't be much help in that regard. Plus if your question does somehow get answered, others won't benefit because they won't look here for that information.
Hi Danny,
here is the license request link and the link provides info about your question:
