I want to know how we can change the settlement rule in ko88.

When the refurbishment orders are open

We will settle it to cost centre

Then again reverse it in the next month

but we cannot change the settlement rule in KO88

I know it can be changed from order

but our finance guy want to do it for month end activity

hi sekar

You cannot change the settlement rule at KO88. Once u go for a settlement, the rule will be in display mode.

If u want to change it... Customise the settlement rule settings towards order type in spro.

If u have not maintained it, then after creating a order. Go to settlement rule, Enter the Account Assignment Category and the settlement receiver.

There u can change it.

I hope this is ur query

Chandrashekhar Bhikaji Ingole,

Looks like the CO guys are out of luck...

There may be other CO Tcodes which allow them to change the settlement rules without accessing the orders...

cannot change using KO88, this transaction is to run settlement based on the rules set via other transactions

chandrashekhar Ingole,

I'm not sure that is possible...

Maybe ask the same question in the Financials forum
