Sales order status

Hi Experts,

We have a sales order which is delivered over 2 dlvs. Due to some reasons, the second delivery was deleted, so not all of the material has been delivered. But the sales order status remains Completed, meanwhile delivery can be created on it. Can somebody tell me how the situation comes?

Thanks very much.

Emily

Hi

As in the earlier reply, it could be becasue of some table updation issue. Normally if the PGI reversed and delivery deleted, the order status should be being processed. Check with your ABAP expert, he may be able to reset the status through table level for this time.

Sometimes the due to problems in update of database tables the statuses will not be updated properly. There are programs to rectify the status of the sales documents.

Dear,

As per my view,

If your delete your second delivery system autometic set sales order status as Not delivered.

You can check it with VA05.

Tick on open sales order and enter sales area then click on execute button.

Hi Emilie,

Sometime these document status go out of synch.

More over, your completion rule in the item category in config may be set to complete with first reference or something like that - pls check in tx VOV7

Also, please go to VL02N type in any delivery number and DONT press enter, instead select the menu environment - changes. On the next screen type in the del no that was deleted and check all the changes that were made to that delivery prior to deletion.
